02 EchoSoul AI Ethical Boundaries
EchoSoul replicas are digital memory models for emotional support, not legal entities or biological resurrections. Replicas act within the character and ethical constraints defined by the user during training .
03 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfterToMe is not liable for data loss due to user key loss, third-party oracle confirmation errors, or the refusal of legal authorities to recognize digital artifacts.
04 VeriChain Enforcement
By using the sealing features, you acknowledge that certain operations are immutable and recorded on a public-verifiable ledger to prevent fraud or unauthorized identity changes.
Accessing premium modules (Vault, EchoSoul) constitutes a legal binding agreement to our Non-Repudiation Loop. Every synaptic link is an atomic contract.
